Terms and Conditions For Cleanspot LLC

  All services are billed per job and not on an hourly basis.

1. Service Access and Scheduling

The Client agrees to allow Cleanspot LLC to access their home or business to perform services on the predetermined date(s) as scheduled.

The Client must provide a predetermined method of entry, such as a key, code, or other agreed-upon means.The Company is not responsible for any inability to access the property at the agreed-upon time, and missed services due to lack of access may result in a charge.

2. Scheduling and Booking

Scheduling Appointments: We recommend booking services at least 48 hours in advance. You can book via our website, email, or phone. For recurring services, please discuss your preferred schedule with our customer service team.Service Confirmation: CLEANSPOT LLC will confirm your appointment 24-48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Cleaning Frequency: CLEANSPOT LLC offers cleaning services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or once-a-month Basis. we do NOT offer 5-week cleanings. We also offer Deep cleans, Cleans for Homes to get ready to be sold, Move-in/Move outsLast-minute bookings (less than 48 hours' notice) are subject to a $50 additional fee.

3. Pricing and Discounts

Pricing is determined per job based on the agreed scope of work. A 15% discount is available for senior citizens, military veterans, first responders, and non-profits. Proof of eligibility is required to qualify for the discount.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing.Personal Check ( payable to CLEANSPOT LLC) Credit/Debit payments via the Booking Koala client Portal. No cash payment accepted. Late payment after 24 hours will incur a 10% late fee added weekly on the total price owed. And cancelations from future bookings. Satisfaction Guarantee and Dispute Resolution: CLEANSPOT LLC guaranteed the quality of its services, If the client is dissatisfied with any area( s) of the cleaning, the client must notify CLEANSPOT LLC within 48 hours of service completion. The notice must include photo evidence of the areas of concern. CLEANSPOT LLC will make every reasonable effort to correct any unsatisfactory areas within this time frame.

Partial Refund will be refunded if the client is not satisfied.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur the following charges:25% of the service cost if canceled 48-24 hours prior.50% of the service cost if canceled within 24 hours.100% of the service cost if canceled on the day of service.Lockouts will be charged 25% of the service cost.

6. Skipping Recurring Appointments

Clients that have regularly scheduled cleanings (I.E. daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) can get discounted rates. However, clients with regularly scheduled service who skip their service, will incur a skipping fee of 25% per period, which will be added to the next service. If clients with regularly scheduled service routinely skip cleanings, any discounts for being regular customers may be terminated at the discretion of CleanspotLLC.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Dispute Resolution

If the Client is dissatisfied with any part of the service, they must notify CLEANSPOT LLC within 48 hours of service completion and provide photo evidence of the areas of concern. The Company will make every reasonable effort to address the issue.8. Safety and Limitations

The Company will not clean hazardous materials, including animal or human waste, urine, vomit, or blood. Team members will not move items over 25 pounds or climb higher than a two-step ladder. Clients are responsible for securing pets or notifying the Company of any potential hazards.We do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. We will use extension tools for hard-to-reach areas.

9. Pets and Children

Pets must be secured if their behavior may interfere with the service or create safety concerns.If your pet is confined to a specific room, that room will not be cleaned unless otherwise instructed. Our team will not be responsible for letting pets outside, as we cannot guarantee their safety while unattended. CLEANSPOT LLC is not liable for pets that may escape as technicians enter or leave the home. Cleaning up after pet accidents (such as urine or feces) is at the technician's discretion and is not guaranteed as part of the standard service. Please note that if children are present in spaces such as kitchens or bathrooms, those areas may become cluttered after our service is performed, giving the impression that they have not been cleaned. Additionally, we will not ask children under the age of 18 to vacate private rooms. If a room is occupied by a minor, that area will be skipped for the duration of the service.

10. Tidiness and Preparedness

Areas to be cleaned must be reasonably tidy before service. Excessive clutter may result in additional charges or incomplete service. Dishes in the sink exceeding six (6) may impact the thoroughness of service.

11. Damages and Liability

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damages or items not disclosed before service.Any damages caused by the service team must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.

12. Add-On Services

Additional services or special requests must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance and may incur extra fees.

13. Last Minute Cleaning

Last Minute Cleaning Fee We are happy to accommodate last-minute cleanings if we can fit them into our schedule. However, a $50 fee will be added to your bill if you book a cleaning with less than 48 hours' notice.

14. Non-Solicitation Clause

Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any employee or contractor of CLEANSPOT LLC for services outside the agreement. Violations may result in a $3,500 fee.

15. Waste Disposal

The Company will dispose of garbage into a designated bin or dumpster on the property but will not remove waste from the premises.

16. Privacy and Photos

Client information is used solely for operational purposes and is not shared with third parties. Photos of work performed may be used for promotional purposes unless the Client opts out in writing.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado.If you have any questions concerning the above Terms and Conditions of CLEANSPOT LLC please contact us via phone or email for clarification. While CLEANSPOT LLC strives to provide consistent and reliable service, certain situations beyond our control may impact our ability to deliver scheduled services. These include, but are not limited to:

System outages or failures with third-party tools such as booking platforms, payment systems, or websites. Severe weather conditions, including snowstorms, hurricanes, or other extreme weather events. Fire hazards, government-mandated restrictions, or other safety concerns. Acts of God, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

In such cases,CLEANSPOT LLC will:

Notify affected clients as soon as possible.Work to reschedule services at a mutually agreeable time.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during such events and are committed to minimizing any inconvenience whenever possible.
